It is easy to retrofit your current fabric structure with ThermaSkin. ICT design staff analyze your building, order and deliver your new ThermaSkin panels, remove your existing fabrics, and replace them with ThermaSkin. Once the panels are delivered, the actual transition from a fabric building to a ThermaSkin building takes about 5 days (based upon a 12,000 square foot building.)

Developed for our Spider Truss Series, our new ThermaSkin panels are insulated structural panels that are available in "R" 12 (50 mm thick) to "R" 24 (100 mm thick) options.

Panels can be doubled to provide even higher "R" values (R-36, R-48 or higher) where applicable.  Built with an aluminum skin on both sides with compressed dense insulated foam (expanded polystyrene) in

between, the panels lock together to form a water tight, complete barrier against the elements while keeping the warmth in and the cold out or vice versa. These insulated structural panels have been designed to replace conventional fabric tops and fabric walls, and in so doing, the entire building is strengthened in both wind

load and snow load categories. ThermaSkin eliminates interior Frost or Condensation. ThermaSkin keeps the heat in when your building is not being actively climate controlled during off use hours.
